What We Do


The CCC has three main functions:

  1. Prevention and Education – Assisting public sector agencies to prevent, identify and deal with misconduct
  2. Misconduct – Ensuring allegations and information about misconduct are appropriately investigated and dealt with
  3. Organised Crime – Assisting the WA Police to combat organised crime, however the CCC cannot itself directly investigate organised crime.
