What may be the difference between misconduct and a performance management issue? What happens when an officer who has engaged in misconduct resigns from his job? What are the issues involved in managing misconduct in regional areas?

Through a number of scenarios the panel examined:

  • what misconduct may look like
  • risk factors that allow misconduct to occur
  • what can be done to reduce and take action on misconduct
