CCC acknowledges DPP’s decision not to proceed with charges

A spokesman for the Commission said it is the responsibility of the DPP to commence and discontinue prosecutions.

The lobbying inquiry had resulted in a register of lobbyists and a change in the way in which government at state and local level conducts its business in this area, the spokesman said.
