Reporting Misconduct & Corruption

Members of the public can report misconduct or corruption by Western Australian public officers including police officers as well as provide information that could be useful to investigations.

Reports from the public are an important source of information for the Corruption and Crime Commission. If the matter you raise is not something we normally handle, we will advise on how to take alternative action.

You do not have to give your name when you submit a report but anonymous reports are often difficult to investigate and we will not be able to tell you the outcome of our investigation.

Reporting corruption and misconductThere are heavy penalties for victimising or harassing people who make reports to the Corruption and Crime Commission.
