Misconduct Resistance: Profiling your organisation in order to develop risk based solutions to misconduct. Where to start?
The Commission hosted the third Misconduct Resistance
Practitioner Forum on 4 June 2009 at the University Club of Western
Australia. The Forum showcased the Ernst & Young Misconduct and
Leakage Diagnostic Tool with a presentation by Mr Robert Cockerell,
Ernst & Young, followed by presentations from Mr Brendan Carvalho, Western Power and Michael Kidd, Metropolitan Cemeteries Board on how they utilised the Ernst & Young tool in their agencies.
Directly after the presentation, Robert, Brendan, Michael and Warrick Round, Ernst & Young participated in a panel discussion with all attendees at the forum.
Following the presentation and panel Ms Barb Wood, UWA Business School facilitated an open space workshop. This workshop was focused on exploring and discussing practical and constructive
ways on ‘Where to Start’.
