The Commission conducts private and public examinations as part of investigations into allegations of serious misconduct. The purpose of an examination is to enable the Commission to find out facts and get to the truth of allegations of serious misconduct.
If you have received a witness summons to attend before the Commission to give evidence or to produce documents, please read Information for witnesses.
The Bench Book - a guide to Corruption and Crime Commission examinations provides an introduction to appearing at examinations and outlines what you can expect if you have been summonsed to give evidence or produce documents.
If you have any further questions, please contact the officer named on the summons on (08) 9215 4888.
