The Corruption and Crime Commission conducts private and public examinations as part of investigations into allegations of serious misconduct by Western Australian public officers under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003. The purpose of an examination is to enable the CCC to find out facts and get to the truth of allegations of serious misconduct.
