A report by the Corruption and Crime Commission tabled in Parliament on 10 February 2026 highlights the steps WA Police has taken to address serious misconduct risks associated with the use of police dogs.

The ‘Final Review of WA Police Action into Recommendations on the Deployment of Police Dogs’ outlines the actions taken by WA Police in response to two key recommendations made by the Commission in its 2022 report, ‘A report on the deployment of Police Dogs’.

The Corruption and Crime Commission has released its 2024-25 Annual Report. 

The Commission has formed an opinion of serious misconduct by a Public Transport Authority (PTA) employee, in its report tabled in Parliament on 19 December 2025.

The Commission tabled a report in Parliament on 23 September 2025 regarding corrupt procurement practices and conduct in Health Support Services. The report outlines the conduct of the officer involved and how the Commission formed an opinion of serious misconduct. 

During April 2025 - June 2025 we assessed 479 allegations of serious misconduct against WA government sector entities and 666 allegations of alleged minor and serious misconduct made against WA Police.
