Report unexplained wealth?

A person has unexplained wealth if the value of their wealth is greater than the value of their lawfully acquired wealth.

What Can the commission help with?

We have the authority to investigate:

  • WA Police
  • WA state government employees
  • Local government employees
  • Members of the judiciary
  • Members of WA Government boards
  • Elected officials (state or local government level)

We do not investigate:

  • Private sector matters
  • Departments or organisations in other states or territories
  • Federal parliamentarians, departments or agencies

All reports received are assessed and a decision is made as to what action will be taken.
