In a report tabled in Parliament today, the Commission has formed an opinion of serious misconduct in respect of a Public Transport Authority (PTA) employee. The report outlines the investigation into the conduct of the employee, a Manager at PTA, and makes recommendations to PTA for improvements to its processes managing conflicts of interest and external employment approval.
